I am proud to say I was born and raised in White Rock / South Surrey. I attended Jessie Lee Elementary and graduated from Earl Marriott Secondary. I grew up playing softball and even spent a few seasons as a White Rock Renegade. Being a part of that organization taught me many things – work ethic; dedication; reliability and, perhaps the biggest lesson was being a team player.
My entire work experience has been in real estate. I worked for a couple different notaries during high school and after graduation. I then landed at a South Surrey law firm where I worked for 20 years. As the real estate conveyancer, I reviewed Contracts of Purchase and Sale, prepared transfer and mortgage paperwork including statements of adjustments and registered documentation in the Land Title Office.
I earned my real estate license in 2012 and joined Re/Max Colonial Pacific Realty Ltd. In 2017 I worked for developers selling various new construction projects.
My extensive real estate background allows me to guide buyers and sellers through the entire selling and/or buying process. It is not over once subject removal is received. You can be confident that I will continue to work with you through the completion process so you will achieve a successful and, hopefully stress free outcome.
In my spare time I enjoy taking in the sights of White Rock Beach and dining at restaurants along the strip. Meeting with friends for a glass of wine is always a good time. I play softball once a year because it now takes me that long to recover.
